1. Accepting these terms

By using eGanacsi - our website or mobile app - you agree to these terms, our Marketplace Rules and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the marketplace.

2. What eGanacsi is

eGanacsi, operated by EGANACSI, is an open space where businesses publish their products and buyers contact them directly. We are not a party to any sale, agreement or dispute between buyers and sellers. We do not take payments, hold funds, or arrange shipping or delivery, and we do not own, inspect or guarantee the products listed.

3. Who can use eGanacsi

You must be at least 13 to use eGanacsi, and old enough to enter a binding contract where you live to register as a seller or agree a purchase. If you register a business, you confirm that you're authorised to act for it.

4. Your account

• Give accurate information when you register, and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password and one-time codes to yourself. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed your account.
• Seller accounts and storefronts may be reviewed and verified before or after listings go live.

5. Selling on eGanacsi

If you sell on eGanacsi, you are solely responsible for:

• your listings - descriptions, prices, stock, photos and any claims you make;
• having the right to sell what you list, and complying with the laws that apply to it, including consumer, tax and product-safety laws;
• answering buyers honestly and honouring the price and terms you agree with them;
• how you take payment and deliver, which you agree directly with each buyer.

You may run up to five storefronts from one account. Promotions and discounts you publish must reflect real prices.

6. Buying on eGanacsi

When you contact a seller, your inquiry and contact details are sent to that seller. Any purchase is an agreement between you and the seller alone. Check a seller's details, reviews and verification status, and take care before paying in full up front to someone you haven't dealt with before.

7. Acceptable use

You must follow the Marketplace Rules. In particular, you must not:

• list prohibited items, or anything illegal, counterfeit or stolen;
• commit fraud, impersonate others, or mislead buyers;
• send spam or harass other users;
• scrape the marketplace, interfere with its security or normal operation, or get around a suspension or our limits.

8. Moderation and appeals

Anyone can report a listing or seller. We may review content before or after it's published, pause or remove listings, and suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the Marketplace Rules - with or without notice where we see fraud, harm or illegal activity. A seller affected by a decision can appeal it from their account, and we'll review it again.

9. Content and intellectual property

You keep ownership of the content you post. By posting it, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, adapt (for example resize photos) and share it in order to run and promote the marketplace, including on social accounts you ask us to publish to. This licence ends when you delete the content, except where it has already been shared or we must keep it.

The eGanacsi name, logo and site design belong to us. If you believe content on eGanacsi infringes your rights, report it with the reason "Copyright".

10. Third-party services

Contacting a seller by WhatsApp or Messenger, or publishing to a connected social account, uses that company's service under its own terms. The same applies to ads shown on eGanacsi. We're not responsible for those services.

11. Fees

Creating an account, registering a business and publishing listings on eGanacsi is currently free. If we ever introduce paid features, we'll tell you the price before you use them.

12. No warranty

eGanacsi is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any listing, seller or product is accurate, safe or legal. Use your own judgement, especially before agreeing a purchase.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, EGANACSI is not liable for disputes, losses or damages arising from a transaction, message or agreement between users, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

14. Ending your use

You can stop using eGanacsi and close your account at any time from Connection & Security. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive - such as content licences already used, disclaimers and limits of liability - continue to apply.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Somalia, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in the country where you live.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the marketplace changes. When we make a meaningful change, we'll update this page and the "last updated" date, and where appropriate notify you. Continuing to use eGanacsi after a change means you accept the updated terms.
